bio

Visual artist and former ballet dancer, based in Berlin.

My work begins with the body — its memory, its strength, its wound. I had to leave dance at a very young age, and that rupture became the origin of everything. The camera emerged as a form of transformation; a visceral, urgent way to keep creating through movement, through skin.

Each image I make is an extension of the body: ephemeral, expressionist, emotional, deeply physical. I’m drawn to imperfection, to vibration, to what cannot be repeated. I work from the sculpture of gesture, the tension of the unspoken, the balance between precision and surrender. My visual language is direct, sometimes raw, always committed to the truth of the body.

Light, space, and composition are the landscapes where I carve this search. I don’t document — I reveal. And I elevate each moment to an ephemeral realm, where what happens breathes for the last time. I’ve worked with companies such as the Staatsballett Berlin, Compañía Nacional de Danza de España, Ballett Zürich, Stuttgarter Ballett, Danish Dance Theatre, Staatstheater Nürnberg, Bayerisches Staatsballett, Het Nationale Ballet, Royal Ballet, Wiener Staatsballett, Staatsballett Hannover, Semperoper Ballett, and the Ballet Nacional de Cuba, as well as with academies like John Cranko Schule, Ballettschule Basel, Staatliche Ballettschule Berlin, Akademie des Tanzes Mannheim, Tanz Akademie Zürich, and Dutch National Ballet Academy, among others. Each project has been a visual dialogue with choreographers, performers, and diverse scenic languages. My commitment remains the same: to capture the invisible, the unrepeatable — what only lives once.
